How It Works

If you see a product or service in the store you would like to purchase, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Once the order is complete you will receive an automated confirmation email. You will also receive an email from one of us personally within 12 hours. If you have paid for a support service, arrangements will be made at that time.

If you purchase a repair service, you will need to ship your device to the address provided. This is not included in the cost of the repair. Once your payment is received, parts will be ordered for your repair. We buy from sellers in the USA to keep jobs here and provide the fastest turn around times for you. Once your device is received it will be disassembled as required for the repair, and reassembled once your parts arrive. After your device is completed, you will be notified and it will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). This process allows us to provide you with the lowest possible prices, with the best possible turn around times.
